Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves supporting the channel marketing team through getting involved with various tasks such as email marketing, updating the website and supporting the international teams. The work is varied from day to day so it is a good opportunity to develop skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very supportive team and everyone is very friends which makes you feel more confident in a new environment. The course is workload is manageable and the topics discussed are interesting making it easy to have a work life balance.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

From the first day I learnt new things, great opportunity to develop a range of versatile skills. Excel, personal development and skills directed at marketing when taught to me early on.

Really good induction, great tech set up which made it easy to transition into the role
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Great support get weekly 1:1s with my manager which allows me to ask any questions which is super helpful, always feel supported.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It is a little vague, sometimes there is organisational issues which make communication a bit poor
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Definitely helps with my confidence on the work I am working on as i have already got an insight on the task before I start it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have been on an organised walk and socials are held at Christmas time which are fun to attend, there are various clubs however i am not apart of them
