As an apprenticeship coach, I support a caseload of learners through their own apprenticeship journeys, performing progress reviews, assessing work and delivering workshops. Whilst on an apprenticeship myself.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's a worthwhile programme as it provides me with the tools I need to perform my job role successfully, however it is not the most engaging programme.
