The work ethic and overall office culture are fantastic. Colleagues are consistently supportive, approachable and relaxed, creating an environment where high expectations never feel overbearing. While the firm strives for excellence, it maintains a humane and understanding approach — you’re trusted, not micromanaged. There is a strong sense of teamwork, genuine flexibility, and a healthy work–life balance. Most importantly, you’re treated as an individual rather than just one of many, which makes the firm an incredibly empowering place to work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TLT LLP?
When applying, be authentic — let your personality come through rather than trying to imitate what you think the firm wants. Most importantly, take time to thoroughly research the firm: understand its areas of work, its culture, and what it values. This not only helps you decide whether the firm is truly the right fit for you, but also ensures you’re well‑prepared for interviews and confident about what you want. A good application isn’t just about showing that you meet the firm’s expectations — it’s also about confirming that the firm meets yours.
