I have to do 6 hours a week of online learning, on the days I am not doing my apprenticeship learning, I am in the shop either on the tills or working stock.

I am mostly always receiving the structured time to complete my online learning and I know I can always go to the management team with any problems if they occur,

Yes
Why?
Although it is fast paced and quite a challenging job, it is extremely rewarding and the pay is good.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
Be ready to learn and be motivated and prepared to be busy and always having to be ready to work quickly.
