I think we way they run the apprenticeship at ALDI is amazing because it allows me to learn while i work. And an excellent opportunity to become a deputy or assistant Manager.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the Level 2 Program was really good, however with the level three you spend a lot of time in front of a computer and not actually on shop floor learning.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have improved so much with my mentor in my store and i have also learnt a great deal with Life time Training

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think it could use with more relevance to in store management in Aldi since it focuses a lot round management just in the retail sector.

With a dedicated mentor their to help me with any in store operations its amazing to feedback with them to helklp me improve.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive regularupdates with my training mentor to help me focus my work in one direction so it is the best standard possible.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think we all of the training i have done it helps me to be better within my role being more confident in making decisions.

I do not get involved in any extra-curricular activities since i do take part in a lot outside of work.

Yes
Why?
I think even through the pay can be off putting i think with the excellent career progression they have in place it is an excellent thing to do.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
Just be yourself and enjoy learning something new each day.
