Aldi is an amazing company to work for. My store has great structure and has been welcoming since day one. Management have fully supported my apprenticeship and motivated me to the fullest since joining the team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

From the store point it is an enjoyable career, fast paced atmosphere. The apprenticeship training side could do with some technical updates but other than that all round it is an enjoyable apprenticeship thus far.

Go in with an open mind, know that the training will help you learn all the steps within the team no matter what role you are applying for.
