Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role as a business intern on the business diversity program allowed me to work closely with different teams across the business. Every day was different at Tesco because I had complete freedom over my project but my line manager was always available to give me her full support when I needed it.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was. At Tesco you are allowed freedom over your project to allow you explore your strengths and weaknesses.
