My role includes working on the shop floor, working on tills and providing customer service. On a day to day basis my responsibilities can be working fresh areas, working delivery, date checking and tills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme, it's structured well and the theory side is interesting and I'm enjoying learning new things.

Learnt how to cash up the tills and waste, which is one of the responsibilities as deputy manager.

I have received a lot of support from my store manager and other managers. They been supportive of my apprenticeship and always there for me.

I received a lot of support from my training provider. We have regular meetings to ensure everything is okay.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With the online lessons with my training provider it helps me develop more knowledge that I can take to the shop floor.
