Day to day involves me carrying out a normal job like a store assistant whilst also sprinkling in areas for education ether that’s practical or online via lifetime learning programme.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy everybody in the shop and the treatment I receive, however I struggle with shifts that start in the afternoon and end at night.

Yes I have learnt new skills which can be applied to all walks of life.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured however occasionally the team struggle to fit in my online hours for justified reasons.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager makes sure I receive the time and asks about how it progresses in the future.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lifetime coach outlines to me everything I need to do and what to expect at my endpoint assessment as well as were I am currently in the programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Currently it is not directly related to my role as I’m being educated on the brand and how they’re set up to be successful.

Really good pay for age and apprenticeships in general, also has potential to develop into senior roles in the future.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
Make sure to be prepared for hard work and discipline.
