Really good apprenticeship so far however I think the first year for the results of being a qualified store assistant before becoming manager is way too much sometimes however the challenge is worth it if you have the drive. I appreciate how much work I have to put in to get to my second year of management training
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The training I get is amazing I get to see all aspects of how our Aldi store is ran from cashing up tills to ticking off pallet orders the variety of learning is uncanny to any other job I’ve ever had

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the structure is great however I do think the store manager and coach should be able to have direct contact with each other to discuss matters about the apprentices especially if a store has more than one apprentice

Why?
Aldi is a one of a kind retailer in the sense of the knowledge required to work for the business. You are expected to know every area of the store like the back of your hand and it makes me feel more elite compared to other retailers based on the knowledge I gain from Aldi
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
I feel the only advice I could give is the correct work ethic as Aldi is a fast paced environment you have to have the best work ethic possible as everybody expects 110% from you everyday
