Learning the general roles of a retail manager and through Aldis internal process how I can cater this to working for this company. I completed modules based on the retail sector and how to build a team and demonstrate a positive relationship with customers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I quite enjoyed it. It gave me an extra insight into what goes into leading a team.
