I started as a customer sales assistant and was promoted half way through the apprenticeship to assistant branch manager. My day to day includes, serving customers, doing quotes, helping outside and more.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it a lot as my tutor was a great help. I enjoyed learning as much as possible and keeping busy.
