Great structure for allowing remote workers to develop skills, feel I could be done with adapting more for the structure of University due to the type of remote work I do I’m not always able to attend and commit as much as I’d like to

Compass Group have been my employers for nearly 19 years with constant support and progression within the company while being paid and provided with all the tools I need. I am now on my 4th apprenticeship and they always support me in all my development and progression within the company.

If you have a passion for Food, customer service and developing yourself share your ambitions with this company and they will lead you on a great career pathway.
