My previous role when i was an apprentice allowed me to grow my knowledge of the business and industry due to the various different tasks required in the Job role. These include reporting, internal and external meetings, loading and managing customer orders ect.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was good, my personal challenge was the offsite learning. I believed the work / days took longer than required due to the vast difference in the speed / levels that all members in the group worked to.
Ultimately however it has enabled me to progress into the position i currently am today within the same company.

The main learnings i take are the business skills. Time, work and people management.
