responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising the movement of goods—from suppliers to customers—ensuring products are delivered on time, in full, and at the lowest possible cost.
Responsible for ensuring the storage facilities at both sites - Alton & Andover are compliant with GMP standards & Audit ready at all times

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Started the apprenticeship classroom based once a week , found this extremely valuable due to interactions with various other apprentices from different job roles to myself , however due to health issues i took a three month break , on returning the apprenticeship classrooms have moved to being held virtually

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

It's too early in my apprenticeship to comment , a lot of what i have covered so far has been a refresher on previous management courses i have attended

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i have monthly catchup sessions with the college trainer , these give me an insight into where i am in the course & where i should be, i find this valuable. I do find the virtual classroom not as effective as an actual classroom due to being able to hear other peoples thoughts & understandings

How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support is fair to be honest & i'm sure there would be more support if i asked.
The separate departmental briefings/training sessions they provide are insightful as they provide a greater understanding of how the wider business works

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The workbase trainer provided is exceptional , keeping in contact at least once a month

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

i'm involved with the sites Hiking team who arrange periodical walks/treks , i'm not aware of any professional networking events.
We regularly arrange social get togethers between different departments / Sites which i find useful as it helps to break down any barriers & get to know each other

Good company to work for , very strong people focus & feel that everybody gets a voice from cleaner to director. Strong commitment to doing it right the first time
