Managing a team of 20 people including operators, cleaners, administrators and team leaders.
Working in projects to improve the department's KPI's.
Addressing any health and safety or quality concerns in a timely manner to achieve best resolution.

I have learned a lot through this programme, including how to manage projects which is something that I struggled with before.

Yes, I have learned how to better manage projects and have also improved my negotiation skills.

It is well organised; I am given the time to complete any work and I have my regular visits with my assessor for support and guidance.

If I ever have any questions I will think about who the best person to and I have never been let down. Everyone is always happy to help.

My training provider is very supportive and it helps that we also have a great relationship.

Because I like the culture here (when compared to my previous employer).
As long as we do what we're supposed to be doing, we're ok.
