Working with different departments to achieve the best results in the daily manufacturing activities.
Leading projects to improve manufacturing RFT (Right First Time).
Continuously investing in operators' training to boost confidence and skill set.
Continuous improvement of manufacturing methods of manufacture.
Prompt investigations including CAPAs.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

Yes, I have definitely improved when it comes to leading projects; my approach is completely different now. For example, I used to take on a project and just expect everyone to tag along and make it happen. Now I understand that every step of the way must be communicated to the team so that everyone understand their roles and expectations.
