- Helping write environmental disclosure reports required by government legislation
- Helping to increase colleague engagement within Environment, Health and Safety
- Management of First Aid stock and supplies for the site
- Identifying and implementing ways to reduce carbon emissions (eg. reducing energy emissions, waste, travel)

Yes but only if I felt capable enough to take responsibility. Encouraged to take tasks and experiences at your own pace. Felt comfortable enough to speak up if I felt overwhelmed. Personally, I like taking responsibly so embraced challenges.

Weekly 1:1 catch ups with my manager which were incredibly useful. Support and guidance were provided by the Environment team whenever I needed it. Training was always highly comprehensive. Even when I felt out of my depth undertaking some tasks, I knew help was only a message/call away if i needed it.

Very positive, everyone was friendly and caring. Pfizer’s core values are at the centre of the work we do.

Really enjoyed my placement - massively helped my personal growth. Left the company feeling more confident in my abilities. Grew my professional network. Really enjoyed the tasks I was working on, could see myself entering a career in sustainability as a result of my experiences.
