opportunity I'm in now are very rewarding but do come with pressure but this is due to my personal strive and outreach to succeed in roles more than program direction

Early career program is structured well but sometimes leaves a lot left to be desired from original sales pitch most deal with yourself once into roles which can sometimes be lacklustre for actual motion and progression in what the role requires due to just being an addition placed on a department however you can take this into your hands with line managers and strive to do more and achieve very well

Employer are very good at being available to help and support any needs I've had and time off for various reasons as well support through transitions and day to day activity

each time I've needed help there has been successful outreach available

The program feels not really relevant to many real working situations ever with limited ability to draw on theory to actual practice with course feeling semi outdated in learning aspects of real work
