Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a daily basis I am involved with all marketing activities to support Enigma-is, this includes creating content, managing the websites / social media channels, and producing promotional videos. I also travel the country to visit client sites and produce project case studies to support bid tenders.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed attending the Cranfield University School of Management to complete 2-3 day modules on campus. I found the course material and lectures by specialist marketing practitioners very informative, and I was supported by excellent tutors during my studies.

Yes, my understanding of marketing is now more indepth.

Very well, we covered all topics of marketing.

A lot, they arranged for me to stay on campus and covered travel expenses.

My training provider at Cranfield Apprenticeship Services helped me a lot with the apprentice element of the course and assisted me in preparing for the EPAO.

We have social events that have included go-karting, golf, quizzes, and dart evenings.

Enigma is a good professional company with many opportunities to further yourself. The company is very proactive with recruiting apprentices to support future growth and have invested in a new training facility for scaffolders / front-line operatives at Derby. They also continually support existing employees with training opportunities.
