Running the reception and accommodation of the Warrant Officers and Sergeants Mess. Taking accommodation bookings, reconciling payments, ensuring high quality customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I was put on an apprenticeship as an addition to my job role. I was already in my job when applying for the apprenticeship. I am still completing it, but have enjoyed it so far.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

As a part of the apprenticeship I have also taken up key skills as I didn't achieve these in School. I t has been great to brush up my Maths skills. I am currently completing the math exams with my tutor and finding it enjoyable.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I can contact my tutor anytime I need to ask questions or need direction. Great support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My general manager was the one that suggested I take on the qualification. I feel somewhat supported, although in Wales, you don't get dedicated time to complete work as you do in England. So sometimes its tricky to fit it in.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider is great, although the website is horrible to navigate.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am doing an administration apprenticeship. This helps me show I have the skills in the workplace needed. Although I am competent at my job, it is nice to have the back up of a qualification.
