Why?
Plenty of apprenticeships available to apply to, as well as interesting construction projects to be a part of. Excellent opportunity to be paid while receiving qualifications and gaining experience in the work place
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mace Construct?
Research the roles and responsibilities in depth, try to organise prior work experience to understand the roles available. Choose the option you think is best suited to you but remember it should be possible to change role later on if you think something else suits you better
