I lead the Commercial Sales team at ExCeL London Hospitality, focusing on driving revenue growth, developing client proposals, and ensuring commercial offers are operationally deliverable. My role involves managing key client relationships across exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events, while supporting and mentoring the Commercial team.
On a day-to-day basis, I oversee proposals and pricing, forecast revenue performance, and work closely with Operations, Culinary, and Planning teams to ensure seamless event delivery. I also lead projects aimed at improving product offerings, client experience, and internal processes to strengthen overall commercial performance.
