Not enough support and direction during the programme, not all line managers are aware of the importance of the learning aspect and only focus on your work.

A structure is in place although it changed during my 3rd year and some people had progressed further than others due to this.

Only since 2025 have i had the right support, previous to that i would say very minimal.

Not enough as it should as i feel the learning was focused on the wrong topics or maybe how they was taught was not effective enough for me to take away and apply to my work.
