I am a commercial assistant on the HS2 project. Normally commercial roles will cover multiple projects however due to the size of HS2 it is my only project. I commercially manage 4 subcontractors. Day to day I am engaging in assessing payments, monitoring instructions from design to completion, reporting to the client, and undertaking high level forecasts/appraisals
