Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Attended multiple talks that gave insights into Fidelity and the different aspects of Asset management. Also had the opportunity to pitch to staff at the firm multiple times and was given targeted feedback.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very inspiring and motivational, especially after hearing from people in these roles that I could relate to.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very collaborative, friendly, and inclusive. Very much unlike what I had expected for an asset management firm which surprised me.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
It was very interesting, engaging and fun. I enjoyed how the structure gave a very cohesive overview of teh company and there was plenty of opportunities to get involved and ask questions.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fidelity International
I would probably say to do research around the firm and have a clear understanding as to why asset management suits your strengths.
