Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working within Apprenticeships & Early Careers, I support managers across the organisation to recruit apprentices and help young people access early career opportunities, including work experience and T Level industry placements. I also contribute to the development of our apprenticeship programme, ensuring apprentices have the opportunities they need to grow and progress.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My training provider supported me throughout the programme by giving me the knowledge I needed and ensuring I was fully prepared to achieve the best possible grade in my end‑point assessment.
