To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoyed the CMI level 5 course, there was a lot linked back to my work and the support i got understanding new learning areas was good.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
i learnt a lot about managing people and different working styles and how to utilise this in my work place especially with new people joining the team. It also taught me to adapt the way I manage at times and how to make sure i kept my level of emotional intelligence high, to try and support team members that were having issues. How to manage time better, and what tools i could use to adapt this

My programme was structured by Exeter college and this was good, from that i had learning areas to bring back to work for development, the apprenticeship team ensured that this had all been put in place by my manager

5/5
I think i now understand the bigger picture of the organisation, and where to look for certain things - i have more understanding around how the priorities are set and what we are looking to achieve - this helps me with talking to my current team around priorities and what the impact of things are. It helps me work with my staff to ensure they feel supported , heard and valued at work. I also make it a priority to understand where peoples strengths are and how this can be used in a positive way, especially when we are busy and near deadlines.
