I work in the apprenticeships and early careers team, liaising with apprentices, staff and managers offering advice and guidance on early careers offers throughout the authority.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it is hugely beneficial and excellent knowledge to work alongside my role. The additional knowledge has been crucial. The delivery is consistent and works well with my life

Very well organised and structured, the delivery is consistent and clear and the order of the modules makes sense

my employer is incredibly supportive and gives me plenty of study time as well as providing me with exposure to the experiences and knowledge that I need

its definitely significantly increased my skills and i then use these day to day in my role
