I support the apprenticeships programme at DCC advising managers and apprentices, linking with stakeholders such as training providers and running Early Careers programmes like work experience and supported internships.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my programme, had opportunities to link with other colleagues from different organisations and loved to put theory into practice in my role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt many new skills, including relationship building and strategic skills, project management, organisation and research skills. My apprenticeship supported me to develop my skills.
