Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the variety of different tasks involved in my job throughout the programme as I was always trying new things and learning more about how the development business works at Clarion. Also the opportunity to work in different teams on placements really broadened my understanding of property development.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured with clear job progression during and after the programme for example: development apprentice to development trainee to assistant project manager. The training provider also held quarterly reviews to look at progress and what is next in my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support such as:
- monthly 1:1s with my line manager
- apprentice unwrapped events (meeting up with all apprentices to learn about skills)
- apprenticeship team to support with any issues / questions
- quarterly reviews with my uni
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

- quarterly reviews to review progress
- email communication if i have any issues or questions
- options to book 1:1 sessions with uni tutors
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My degree has allowed me to expand my technical knowledge on construction which helps my understanding in work meetings. My degree also educated me on the management side of construction which is a key principal of the role of a project manager.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
