Degree Apprentice: Construction Project Manager (Client Side).
Supporting the delivery of construction projects on behalf of the client from design through to completion
Coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
Monitoring project progress against programme and key milestones
Assisting with reviewing drawings, reports and technical documentation
Supporting cost control processes including reviewing invoices and valuations
Maintaining project trackers, action logs and risk registers
Attending meetings and recording actions and project updates
Assisting with contract administration and document management
Supporting site inspections and monitoring quality and safety compliance
Assisting with project handover activities and completion documentation
Communicating with stakeholders to ensure project information is shared effectively
Supporting the identification and resolution of project risks and issues
