Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Thames Water?
The work environment is good. I am encouraged and given opportunities to continue to learn and develop.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
In my time so far at Thames I have been reviewing standards, doing site visits, sitting in on meetings, report writing, and shadowing an electrician.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have been given a lot of ownership over a project which has been exciting.

Came in with a diverse cohort of grads. I have had a better experience here in comparison to some other workplaces.
