Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Thames Water?
It has been a very supportive and welcoming work environment for me. The work culture is a bit slow, things don't move very fast around here. As an engineer, my work is management engineering not design engineering. But it is a great place to start a career
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As an ICA engineer, I have attended CFATs, done case-studies on specification documents and have spent time learning about the company's asset estate.
