Performing various jobs, repairs and installation task across different trades. Got to experience everything which was fun and now picked my own sole trade plumbing

The apprenticeship team helped me so much throughout the programme and they made it so much easier to get through and always be there

The apprenticeship team was always on hand to help me and always made sure I was going forward with my apprenticeship. They never doubted me and pushed to get where I am now. Passed my apprenticeship and getting a full time job
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Nearly everyday someone from the apprenticeship team would check in and see how I was doing. What was happening during the week and just asking how you was.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Always supporting me and always setting up weekly meetings to go through college work or work related issues.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

They helped so much with my qualifications and sat down with us and told us how the procedure went for the qualification
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The team put on networking events for apprentices to come together and discuss and share ideas. Was amazing
