Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day is different everyday and where I learn multi skills the jobs are different each day I might have a plumbing job dealing with the bath tub followed by a carpentry job dealing with issues with internal doors
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the fact of learning so many skills interesting and it suits me better as I would like to not be doing the same specific thing everyday.

I have learned some carpentry skills since being on this apprenticeship which I never knew or thought of how to do it before where as now I know

Everything has been organised well within clarion I feel like I have been treated exceptionally well and felt welcomed from the very beginning

Fantastic support system if there has ever been an issue it has been resolved in prompt timing
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My mentor with clarion is great and I learn a lot however the college side of things hasn’t matched due to unforeseen circumstances which are on going but effort is being made to solve that problem
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There is good facilities where we can practice certain skills when shown how to perform them which helps with the everyday work, also my mentor at clarion gives me tips and advice with techniques which also help with the tasks
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes clarion have different social events that involve staff with networking amongst each other and building a better team
