Easily done whilst also working and earning an income. Apprenticeship coach really supportive and friendly

I've developed my knowledge about plannograms and reasons for why certain items are placed. My skill to help customers has developed further

Very organised and structured, planned meetings regularly and regular times to do tasks each week/monthly
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Was given the 2 hours a week to do my apprenticeship tasks as well as opportunities to learn new departments and skills to put towards my off the job hours. Additionally, I was given time for my meetings with my apprenticeship coach.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I got a lot of support from my training provider, encouragement when I was stressed about something or felt I was behind schedule. Always was free to hear out my personal issues if they are bothering me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has allowed me to develop my customer service skills as well as the opportunity to progress further. Additionally it has allowed to see why decisions are made so I'm more well-informed about everything changing.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Apart from staff held celebrations, there aren't alot of extracurricular activities

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tesco plc?
Keep applying if you get to the interview stage as you are more likely to get the job. Be prepared that this job can be hectic at times but there is always someone else who can help you
