Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Each day we had speakers come in to talk to us as well as having the chance to present and gain feedback on our work. In addition we had a few networking sessions with different people at the firm where we could ask them any sort of question or query, really helping to understand the different roles and clear out any misunderstandings. I learnt a lot about the firm throughout!
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Initially it was overwhelming but the networking sessions really helped grasp a better understanding. Not only that, but the fact that each day focused on a specific role ensured that we were able to get detailed answers to questions as well as experiencing the role through the presentations.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I developed the skill of presenting through a session on how to present effectively. I realised the importance that body language has on communicating effectively. The session really broke down each section and provided lots of tips on getting a message across effectively. I will definitely be incorporating this into my future presentations.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and instantly put us to ease. The working environment encourages growth and learning allowing employees to develop inside and outside of work.
