My role is to stock shelves, handle meat delivery as well as fresh delivery, rumble fresh aisles and face them up, and make sure the store is clean and tidy.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Organised, could do with some improvements with when coursework/meetings arise, because some of them have been on my days off from work meaning I have had to reschedule them, to no fault of my coach.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Could be better, I used to be able to have weekends off and book them, but now I work most weekends as well as Sundays. I understand that Tesco needs people to work, but it would be nice to be able to have one weekend in, one weekend off once in a while.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot, very good trainer and im grateful to have him during my apprenticeship.
