Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Visa to a friend?
Yes
Why?
The culture is excellent, the work is complicated and exciting. The salary/benefits scheme is very generous and it's also a position which allows you to have a healthy work/life balance which is not something that can be taken for granted !!
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Visa?
Don't worry about not having the technical knowledge when applying, there will be plenty of time to work on this on the job. Also, Visa is an incredibly complex and intricate company, with lots of moving parts happening at any given time, so learning absolutely everything is next to impossible
