Support was there all the time and could ask anyone in the office, there was always online training available but some of it was very confusing and non-engaging

What advice would you give to others applying to RSM
Make sure you definitely want to do ICAS as there is no going back once you start and it is a hard process.
You can also feel very micromanaged so make sure you are fine with that as well
