Overall, how would you describe your experience at Beazley?
Plenty of opportunity to learn, working with great people who are invested in my development
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Data governance rotation: Data Library, Power BI dashboards, governance documentation
Data products rotation: Power BI dashboards and general data analysis, as well as BA type work
Data Innovation rotation: Snowflake-based data engineering and data modelling, machine learning, prompt engineering

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Reasonable for a graduate scheme in the first year. Benefits are excellent and outperform a vast majority of other companies, with a significant bonus. The primary pay increase occurs once rolling off after 2 years.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Lots of experience and a variety of work. Have been able to establish my career well early on.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Coupled with a Level 7 apprenticeship, I've learnt a massive amount, having had little data expertise previously. Now able to code and develop comfortably, as well understand the data architecture
