Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Provide administrative support to Claims Managers by preparing documentation, maintaining spreadsheets and databases, and contributing to claim evaluations and reports. Liaise with brokers, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure effective claims management. Assist in claims reviews, audits, and cross-functional projects. Support underwriters with analysis of insureds’ claims experience and ensure timely communication, follow-up, and payments. Prepare summaries and reinsurance responses, while promoting Beazley’s commitment to client service excellence and building strong internal and external relationships.
