Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
Very enjoyable and rewarding. It is a great, employee-focussed company, who are passionate about developing you as an engineer. You can be involved with design projects from the start and you are supported well for chartership.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Designing real world engineering solutions, communicating with others in a team, producing real construction deliverable drawings, interacting with various stakeholders.

Why?
Its a great company to work for. There are lots of support networks, and you are always made to feel valued. The company have good WFH policies too, allowing some degree of flexible working.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Mott MacDonald?
Try and do a placement/internship if you can. I did two summer placements, which I really enjoyed. They also set me up for my graduate role.
