Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
Good experience and great culture but the progression is slow and hard work is often not recognised (i.e. pay is not increased outside of what can be considered a very restrictive structure).
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Designing and taking ownership of projects.

It's good that they run so many initiatives but I believe that there is opportunity to tone this down and focus more on actual work!

Focus on quality over quantity. No need to spam applications to 100s of employers - find out what you want to do and then target the top 3 companies in that industry. If unsuccessful definitely seek feedback from the company and then broaden your search and apply to the other companies in the top 10.
