Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
Great experience. I joined a few different teams wehre I gained new knowledge from each. The company values progression and pushes you to learn through shadowing, certifications, etc.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Handling incidents internally with users (employees) from different divisions and locations around the world.

Great compensation package. A lot of benefits including health benefits as well as tax-free benefits to choose from. Amazing pension contribution.
