Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
Very good, friendly people, great for your development as an early career professional
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Working with other engineering and non-engineering disciplines on deliverables to complete projects. Working on designs for infrastructure that will provide clean drinking water to future generations.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Benefits are good, the salary could be better. Client companies tend to pay better, but the ability to choose your work at consultancies can be worth a lower pay for increased happiness.

Very good development opportunities, things to get involved in. Great support for chartership for ICE.

Very good to be honest, it is down to the person and how many opportunities you take etc.

Support can vary when there is less/more people in the office and available, but on the whole there is always someone you can go to for help.
How is your work-life balance?

Very good, at the moment, but more senior people work longer days and often have more burnout that junior staff.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Atmosphere in Brighton office is great, I've heard other offices are not as good though. The organisation culture is ok.
