Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
Joined Mott MacDonald as graduate engineer and received support from senior engineers. The team is very professional, friendly and always willing to guide, Good place to learn, grow and build skills.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities include report writing, preparing drawings, participating in meetings, coordination with different teams, and attending site visits. I enjoy every part of the role, especially the mix of technical work and collaboration with others.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My role gave me plenty of opportunities to contribute meaningfully and feel valued. By attending meetings with clients and work closely with multidisciplinary teams allowed me to share ideas and participate in c=decision making.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The compensation package has not been very competitive compared to similar roles in my field. Despite having a degree and over 1 year in the role, I have not received any bonuses, and the salary increase was very minimal, making little difference to my take-home pay. Given the ongoing market rates in my profession, the overall compensation does not reflect industry standards.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

The role has prepared me well for the future by giving me strong technical experience, client exposure, and opportunities to work with multidisciplinary teams. It has built a solid foundation for my career.
