Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

It involves me working on several departments on each shift such as checkouts, frozen food, clothing and many more. my main role now is to manage freezers but I also help around the store going to different departments when they are in need of staff.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was a fabulous start to the working world as I started the apprenticeship as soon as I had left high school!

Since I started in 2024 I have learnt several new skills including customer service, merchandising, filling and many more

It has fabulous structure with management in the store supporting you and a life time coach also supporting you.

You can get involved in events such as realising money for charity’s by cycling as many miles as possible over a few days which I took part in this year
