Understand the values and mission – Network Rail places a strong emphasis on safety, sustainability, and collaboration. Show how your skills and mindset align with these.
Prepare for competency-based questions – The recruitment process focuses on behaviours as much as technical ability. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers.
